Bristol - Circadian Trust - Strategic Planning and Service Vision

Operating across five Leisure Centre sites in South Gloucestershire and in association with South Gloucestershire Council. The trust needed to work together to drive the community strategy, implement a service vision and continue to focus on improving the sustainability and quality of life, health and social well being of all in the local community.

Proleisure working in collaboration with Circadian undertook assessments of demand, yield and profiled membership to understand what the community needed and the facilities required. Service and Product Development Plans were formulated alongside a Facility Investment Plan. Capital expenditure of GBP 3m was required to complete the work in order to maintain the provision of public facilities. A complete review of IT systems, internal processes and the KPI management framework highlighted the changes necessary to ensure that Circadian would be in the best shape possible to implement their strategy.
