Abu Dhabi - Police Headquarters - Feasibility Study

The Abu Dhabi Police required a feasibility study to be carried out on their leisure facility for staff members. The current facility offered swimming pool, pistol range and gym and they wanted to expand this into the surrounding area and generally upgrade their facility to occupy an expanded four acre site. After a series of orientation meetings with the client to discuss aims, aspirations and objectives for the project an internal evaluation was undertaken to determine the specific upgrade requirements for the existing buildings and identify future needs for improvement. User groups requirements were taken into account, identifying new products, suppliers and specialist services followed, alongside an in-depth investigation of physical limitations for the development and the impact on the surrounding area.
